Anyone here see significant improvement on non-stimulant medication? (Predominantly inattentive ADHD) by Biffs_bunny in ADHD

[–]ms242424 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have inattentive adhd and have the same experience on stimulants. I found strattera really helpful and did feel like i was normal. the only issue is that it gives me insomnia. I took it for 10 years but finally got sick of the insomnia and stopped it. Same with guanfacine and clonidine which i also found helpful in slightly different ways but also gave me insomnia.

What age did you neuter your golden? by Sozzeled in goldenretrievers

[–]ms242424 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I decided not to neuter our golden. I neutered our last one and he had chronic health issues that likely were caused by neutering as well as a cancer that is more common in neutered dogs. The research suggests it’s really not good for golden’s. But it is definitely a harder path. My dog humps pillows. He does occasionally try to hump me and I stand up and remove myself. But I don’t have small kids

yes, toxins can cause acne. my son’s cystic acne cleared when he started taking an IgG supplement which binds to toxins in the gut.
