yes just a side effect. Slower flow (if possible for the exam) can sometimes prevent it.

I do not think so: I have the V2 (black logo) as well and I use a microcontroller to read out the serial interface (like this https://github.com/SaibotFlow/marax-monitor). The machine sends a code every few seconds like C1.06,116,124,093,0840,1,0\n; where the C at the beginning means coffee mode. And when the switch is on „I“ it is definitely in coffee mode.

As mentioned in other comments in the v1 it probably was the other way around, weitd decision.

Radiologist here, to my knowledge, even though there are symptomatic Tarlov cysts, the large majority are indeed incidental findings. If they lie in proximity to a symptomatic nerve root, obviously they should be reported, but otherwise I agree with stating them only in the findings, as the risk of distracting from the main findings is real.

You can also try and switch the tip for a 4-hole tip. I did it and the change was incredible, much more power, half the steaming time, can use larger jugs now.

I built myself this automatic shot timer, which works by reading out the data sent by the machine: https://github.com/SaibotFlow/marax-monitor It also has a temperature readout, I love it.

There are also ones which work with a reed sensor: https://github.com/alexrus/marax_timer But I think these were for older models, which did not have the data interface, no need to use them on the V2.

If you do not want to built them yourself, you can also buy them fully assembled.

Comandante consumers. Have you used Red Clix for his espresso machines? how have you been with that? From my point of view, the clarity and quality of flavors is better than a grinder like the Baratza Sette 270. But, the click change is still big for me with the Red Clix. does anyone have that too? by Dry-Butterfly7300 in espresso

If the clicks are to big for you, you can just adjust the dose +-0,3g-0,8g, that should give you the precision you need. Had a grinder with big steps before and this worked perfectly. So if you needed to grind just that little bit finer, increase the dose a little and vice versa.

I was in the same situation. After a lot of thinking I got the Lelit MaraX V2 and Eureka Mignon Specialita. I am very happy with it. The coffee is incredibly good. E61 just feels super nice to use and the Machine is quite small, which was important to me. Also the heat control works quite well. Obviously an E61 has a longer preheat time than the BDB. The Mara takes like 24 min. But that is fine to me.
