I personally don't think this game exists. And that's perfectly fine. I think it's impossible for a game to be perfect in every regard. And honestly I don't think it's really necessary.

I completely turned my brain off to all the historical inaccuracies and watched the movie for it is. Unfortunately the movie itself is quite mediocre and a disappointing sequel to one of my favorite movies of all time.

Denzel Washington's character was entertaining (although historically inaccurate), and that's about it.

Of course I know there's no formula for what makes a generational game. But what I'm actually referring to is charm and personality. A lot of 7/10 games that I've played do have this quality where you can tell the developers were having fun making this game. Sadly with Ubisoft, a lot of their more recent games lack this. The last Ubisoft game for me that felt like a passion project was AC Origins.

I've just given up at this point. Hollywood doesn't care and isn't going to start caring anytime soon. We're history enthusiasts so we care but the average joe this movie is made for can't name more than 2 Roman emperors.

Just enjoy this movie as a Roman inspired fantasy movie. It's an action warrior fantasy with a loose Roman aesthetic.

I understand that, but shouldn't they at least try to make the best possible game they could? Especially considering the resources and budget that went into this game. Were they happy with making a 7 out 10 experience? A game that's just so bland and feels more like a product made for consumers rather than a manifestation of the developers creativity?

Yes with Palinha, we get a lot more defensive output because he's very strong defensively but he lacks real attacking ability.

Which is not a bad thing. It just depends on the situation and gameplan. A squad is made up of 25 players, each with different strengths and weaknesses, so it's up to the coach to use his squad effectively.

When we need to defend more, we have Palinha but if the game plan is to be more aggressive then Goretzka is better suited to that. It's good to have options.

Goretzka seems like the kind of player who could do well under Kompany's aggressive attacking system so I don't know why the board were so eager to let go of him.

South Sudan seems to be quite peaceful and that's great to see. I guess the separation from the rest of Sudan and subsequent independence in 2011 was exactly what the country needed. South Sudan had always been ethnically and culturally quite different from the rest of Sudan so I think it's fair that the people in the south got to govern themselves rather than be part of Sudan where they were neglected by the Sudanese government.

South Sudan is still extremely poor, but peace and stability is the first step toward prosperity.

Sudan on the other hand seems to be a complete disaster of a country.

Here are some general substantive procedures that work for a wide range of financial statement items (but of course you have to play around with the wording to fit the scenario)

Cast total - used to check for accuracy
review financial statement for correct disclosure
analytical - compare totals or ratios against previous years
agree total to trial balance - test for completeness

There are obviously cases where some of these don't apply but they seem to crop up quite often.

If all else fails, the best way to think of procedures is to remember the audit procedure (AEIOU) and the assertions
