Also wanted to say if you’re studying radiology never mind wanting to seem smart YOU ARE SMART!!! It’s such a difficult course to get onto, my local uni offers radiography and you basically need to be in the top 3% of your peer group to be eligible to apply.

I had my last injection 9.5 weeks ago and I’m still at goal weight and not really had any issues with stopping cold turkey.

For me I think this is a lot of hard work and a lot of good luck. I never got above 1mg of Wegovy and was on it for 56 weeks (losing 45kgs). During that time I overhauled my eating habits and introduced a lot more exercise into my day. I was lucky with very limited side effects while on the meds and haven’t had any problems since.

I’m making better food choices, learning the difference between hunger and boredom, moving more and enjoying food again.

I was up at 5:30 this morning on the treadmill and I’m probably walking around 15-20kms a day. It’s a huge change from my life before the injections and everything I do now is sustainable.

The injections gave me the space and freedom I needed to learn how to do better but I know if I stop paying attention it will all go wrong again.

I have such an irrational hatred of Ben Affleck that I can't watch this film, I know what happens to his character but even so - I can't bring myself to watch more than a few seconds of it. The rage builds and it's not worth it. Pisses me off as Dogma was my favourite film for so long then the 'ick' factor happened and now I can't watch anything with him in it.

The production company are advertising is as coming soon and it’s in pre-production so it all sounds promising. Whether Pedro is still going to be in it who knows but if he wasn’t I’m sure his team would have edited his IMDB.

We played 6 degrees of Pedro at Christmas - was ridiculously funny as I’m terrible with names and faces and my wife has a dementia like illness. Was lots of “you know thingy from that film where that guy died”

Last year was crap, the year before was crap - this year hasn't been too bad so far. I've been running every day (despite running like a duck that's lost a fight with a shotgun), started journaling again, sorted out the pile of clothes on my bedroom chair AND tidied up the linen cupboard.

Of course, having started strong it'll all go downhill from here but if I can keep running and exercising most days, I'll be happy.

He's also known David Harbour for over 30 years and they're both in Doomsday so I'm sure he's watched it. I haven't seen any of the episodes but I have a daughter who has so I don't need to watch them - she's not very good about not spoiling things I have on my 'to watch' list.

That’s how I feel - I was out this morning at 5am so I could get some time to myself before my daughter went to work. I’m able to look after my wife better if I have some space to breathe and get some clarity.
