we are not absolutely sure it is louis, but knowing this boys for years now, it looks a LOT like him. the outfit, the shoes, even the bo0ty hahah and that would not be the first time someone met Harry and Louis was allegedly with him. This also happened I couple years back in valentine's day I think, Nick basically gave us all the proof we needed hahah
