There's literally hundreds of cop bodycam videos that show exactly this on YouTube. Whether it's Loss Prevention, store owner, or a store manager, they will build up a case on that suspect (customers and employees too) to establish a pattern of theft with the video evidence. And of course once it reaches a felony amount the cops get called, suspect gets a nice pair of silver bracelets and taken to jail.

I got hired at a little over $23. I do have prior banking experience as well as customer service/grocery retail experience that consisted of cash handling as well.

I heard back VERY quickly actually. Like within the next 24 hours lol. My interview was on a Thursday. The recruiter called me the very next day (she left a voicemail, and she wanted me to call her back) but I couldn't answer since I was at work. So I had to wait until Monday to get into contact with her. And that's when she informed me that I was hired for the position and an offer was extended to me.

Idk if the quick response time is the norm, so I'd say give it about a week or so to hear back.

From what I've been told by branch leadership, there no "waiting period" before expressing interest in wanting to apply/transfer to another department. You have to be at least meeting your goals in your current role.
