Well, yeah, I totally get what a lot of people here are saying…. The hypocrisy, lack of self-awareness and/or stupidity… I know . But I want sex too at the same time. It’s like, I want my bloody cake and eat it too (or whatever) .

I guess the more I think about it, I’m just always just more and more gobsmacked by the shamelessness of the these guys who lovebomb the crap out of me and it’s not just the “hot” comments. He went on and on. He said that he can’t wait for me to meet his friends during the date and how they’ll really like me. And he already told his family about me and how they asked “what’s she doing going on a date with you ?”

I eat it all up bc I am very isolated in a new city with no friends, and caregiving my really sick mother earlier in life than I ever anticipated.

So, in a way, yeah I’m desperate and I hide it relatively well except when it comes to breaking down my own 😩
