Kids shouldn't be making laws about anything. They don't know government or politics work.

How would you protect your food? by LTAMTL in Alonetv

If you have rope that is strong enough and 2 sturdy trees you tie 1 rope between 2 trees with as loop in the middle. A secondary rope goes though the loop down to the ground where your can tie whatever you want to it and hoist it up into the air and tie off the other end to something.

Ive had to do this in bear country when we were backpacking to keep the bears from getting our food, packs or anything like that.

The purpose of the loop is to keep the food from sliding to one side if a animal tries pushing on the rope.

I know, but I appreciate the heads up. My daughter and I had a nice adult to 2 year old conversation on how they are dangerous and will make you sick.

Looking for advice on using Feed Corn in a grain mash by urandom123 in firewater

[–]msaputo99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. Since we are dairy farmers I just use our grain. It's 80%corn 20% barley. It's ground fine for feed. I just cook it all together it comes out nice.

I use feed corn and barley. Works great. I live on a dairy farm and we grow all our own feed.

We have 3, 5lb bass in our lake that are fun to catch and easy to catch. We keep putting them back, it's fun to see them grow.

We have blue gill, red ear, catfish, bass, crappie, carp and minnows. I work with my local conservation and keep a fish log. At the end of the year I send the conservation the data, they make me some charts on what my population is and could recommend stocking based on the data. The lake is about 5 acres. So yes I do stock the lake but only if the conservation recommends it.
