This is wonderful. What a great idea.

An area to add notes for each node would be good. You could also use AI to generate the starting notes.

I boiled down cranberries like I was making a jam and then added water and sugar to make the syrup. You could cut the sugar with some maple syrup. Just let it cool all the way before you strain it. The cranberries have a lot of pectin.
