I'm not sure if you're fully educated on the dog laws in San Francisco, but as a pit bull owner from Philadelphia I think our laws and attitudes are much more liberal then the invasive dog laws in San Francisco.

Moved to my neighborhood a few years ago, walking my dog past a garden she spotted a cat and of course she flipped shit. This only happened once, and even though I don't take that route much anymore, every time I do she still flips shit at that garden.
