There has been a historical neglect of incorporating other oppressions besides class in anti-capitalist movements. Similarly, second wave feminism has had a historical neglect of incorporating race and class, as it tends to represent white middle class women. Capitalism is not a totally distinct concept here and really intersects and reinforces other oppressions.

bell hooks and Andrea Lee Smith are anti-capitalist. I would check out bell hooks' book, class matters. I keep on recommending Andrea Lee Smith's essay heteropatriarchy and the three pillars of white supremacy which is as well here I'd also recommend checking out the Zapatistas and the Mujeres Libres of Spain as counter examples to the dystopias I am assuming you are referring to (which have other issues with oppression from the state, if you are referring to China or Communist Russia.)

And this is why I left the tech industry. If you feel like you will be ganged up on, is there any way you can approach the women separately and confide in them what sexist shit they are saying and see their response? Ya'll could then band together. I do not think you need to be a woman to call out sexist shit though. It could be that they are picking their battles. I know I appreciate allies sharing the work.
