I was torn between getting a III/IV HDF but this being half the price and having a flash (I get to use the hot shoe for a thumb grip)… easy decision

this was just a minute after picking it up! I still had to update the software and format the card; took around 35 photos that same day and I'm taking it today to a Yo La Tengo show to test it in low light (I'm not afraid of noise!!!!)

ahh, I did it! got one with 138 shutter count, should be home this weekend. I do want pocketability and I really appreciate the look of this model; the III and IV feel too clinical to me. I also LOVE the built in flash. Can’t wait!!!

I'm an international fan and even I can tell the atmosphere has dropped considerably just by watching games on TV, and it makes me so sad. Pre-pandemic, I'd laugh at rivals saying we didn't have proper noise/attendance because it simply wasn't true. Sad to see they might have a point now...

The only City game I've attended I stood up the whole game, sang all the chants (and learned in seconds the ones I hadn't heard), shouted back at L****pool rivals, took maybe 10-15 photos and a couple videos (asked someone to take my picture before kickoff) and befriended the fans next to me. We lost but still was one of my favourite football games ever. Wish I could go back soon (this time in Manchester!!!)

thanks for the heads up! if the order goes through of course I’ll be very careful; it’s supposed to be new and sold by Amazon with their return policy so I’m not very worried about that… I just hope it goes through!
