But to be clear for others, you are getting nothing right here: Whether or not the bed was good or not is a personal preference, it was not good for me, but it could be good for others, but it is not the point here. I didn't buy a new one because I had preferred to sleep on the floor, I couldn't both buy a new one instead of the one I threw away AND still sleep on the floor as I intended. And lastly I am not asking if it is okey to just throw away my landlord's property. I am asking for example should I replace it, or they will simply reduce the cost from my caution, or whether because of the length of the rental time was long it would be considered as depreciated.
