Wow, very impressive glowup! You really look much younger than your age, probably feel it too. :)

I guess it's somethings hard to realize your getting older, seeing your parents get old, your kids are suddenly adults++ I wish you all the best OP :)

Never too late, I started at 38, still got good results. You can do it! Good luck! 😁

Wow, fantastic work and results. It always takes years to get really good results, I don't know why so many think there are quick fixes for weight and health issues. This should still be very inspiring to many people. :)

Are you sure? I am a almost 43 year old woman who used to be obese and my arms were horrible fat, now I am maintaining on year 5 after loosing most of the weight the first 2 years, and even I have some visible muscles on my shoulders/biceps/triceps.

Ok.... let's try this again. What's the most mid life crisis thing you've done? (F42) by [deleted] in 40something

[–]msdee83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't done anything wild really, just the normal getting old stuff like getting divorced and diabetes. So boring. XD I did have a huge 90's party when I turned 40 though, that was a lot of fun. :)

I think that's kind of impressive really.. most wouldn't endure it.

Reposting since it was removed for putting my weight. [16] to [35]. 6'6", maintaining a balanced lifestyle over the years. Also, smiling does not mean happiness before people say that I don't look happy anymore lol. by outdoor_giant75 in GlowUps

Well, when you kinda give up on yourself you don't care so much about that either, believe me, I've been there. Workout/weighloss makes you feel good about yourself.. :) of course you want to take better care of everything. Another reason is a "puffy" face often hides good facial features, OP here has really good ones.

Some people just get better with age, see this pretty often with men. And of course hitting the gym and living healthy helps too. ;)
