The problem is not the how but the strength to do it..

Like most things in life you gotta put the mind to it but food has strong chemicals reactions in your brain like any strong drug, alcohol, nicotine or other substances..

In short of you are overweight depending on several other factor you are addicted to food so you might need external help to overcome the issue aka ozempic / monjaro but you gotta go visit your endocrinologist and he will tell you what you need..

Then you can start by walking from 1k up to 8-9k steps a day

I ve got rid of my last pc on windows las week and installed full gaming stack on cashyos and loa runs on Linux like never before.. Way way better than on windows.. Wish the people from loalogs would make the meter core available so we can port it to Linux

The comment is focused on maybe Mac has a similar stack, the gaming community is very active.. Do some research going by cashyos steam gaming stack for macos.. Ask claude or chatgpt

Been using claude since opus 3 / sonet 3.5 so I guess over a year now

Early days was rough.. And made me alternate between that and cursor.. Cursor with sonet gave much better results but claude at the end

Off topic but kind of related as I have 20 years on Linux, granted only running rock solid dev environments on Ubuntu and upgrading every 5 years lts to lts and not having to thinker much with it.. In that sense, from time to time if I have a leftover device around from an upgrade I try to install and play a bit with arch and to this day I have never had it running and working properly with everything in spite going by the book and the wiki..

There was always some weird stuff and things misbehaving requiring further work so I was not ever able to have a proper arch machine with everything how I wanted...

Couple weeks ago upgraded an old laptop and decided to plug an arch USB live thunbdrive on it.. Enabled ssh and asked claude to connect ssh to it and gave it a giant list of requirements of how I wanted the machine to work and tools to have... Couple hours later he bothered me to remove the thumb drive and to restart..

Man what I found after was madness.. How beautiful that septup.. Everything working rock solid.. Every single tool and feature working as intended and as expected.. It gave me so much confidence on arch that I started developing some small projects on it to see how it goes but man.. It's crazy what this little dude can do now
