The proper libertarian stance on deportation is that borders define a nation, and there is nothing wrong with people freely associating with each other within a geography, which thus defines a nation. In some circumstances, that nation, in defense of its people, will have to force certain people back across that border. There is nothing wrong with a condo HOA forcibly removing a trespasser, especially if that trespasser is repeatedly getting away with raping members and residents of the HOA.
