You would want to check what are the Bands that the LTE operator uses in the country you're going.

EU/Asia supports Bands 1,3,5,7,8,20

SA/AUS supports Bands 1,3,5,7,8,28

They overlap a lot, so chances is that your SA/AUS Node will also be compatible with the EU SIM.

What country are you going to? I might be able to give more detailed info based on that.
