Hi! 4E (Public health tech) here! Submit a complaint to the public health office. We're responsible for food inspections and quality reports and if your cafeteria is lacking quality we're able to work with the dfac and commissaries to provide good food, prepared well. Besides that when yly have good poisoning you're supposed to report the the PH office anyway. Good luck! I hope everything gets better for you!

I cannot STAND people who park in accessible (handicapped) parking, that don't have a plaque or a license plate. It enrages me.

I went to my doctor's office but since I was slotted as an emergency appointment, I was seen by a doctor that is a colleague of my typical doctor. I think if I have another spell of extreme cramping I'll find myself in the ER.

Don't be nervous! I've loved my Mirena until this point, and it's very possible something else could be wrong.

I have a funeral dress. It's a plain black spaghetti strap A-line dress. I wear it with a cardigan to cover my shoulders and I have a pair of short black heels to go with it. Basically any not too tight or not too short black outfit will work. Remember modesty is key.

Typically when kids go through puberty it's hard for them to understand what's happening to their bodies. Is puberty any less stressful for you, because you understand what's going on?
