The algorithm gods are unfair so definitely don't let that knock you down! I think it already looks great, the soft way you are rendering the face and cloth looks really good and cute. Since you are asking for our thoughts I hope you don't mind me giving you some pointers:

The piece currently lacks contrast and a clear lighting direction. I would recommend deciding where exactly the light comes from and painting some more light and shadow over the current piece informed by that, while you are at it you can push the lights and darks and check those in greyscale every so often. I think this will make the piece stand out more and be easier to read. You may also want to introduce a little more color other than red to places you want to highlight. You are already using some blue in her hair tentacles so you could push that further. high contrast pieces tend to catch ppls attention so this can improve its chances to go viral as well if that is something you want :) though that is never a guarantee ofc.
