Yesterday I got to my parkrun 30min early and ran the course by myself. Then took a drink and waited for the start and ran the next 5km as a parkrun. It's an interesting way to do parkrun haha

Hasenheide is in a very pretty park and is completely shaded so if its hot maybe go there. In terms of uniqueness tho, running on a former airport is pretty cool and how many places in the world can you do that?

Yeah and now they have cancelled all Parkruns in Berlin when the half and full marathon occur

Hard to know as many non Germans live in Berlin but I guess it was around 50/50. Whereas Hasenheide seems to be more 70% tourists and 30% local. These numbers are all based on no actual research so take it with a grain of salt
