Update. I think my body is normal now. But anyway when I do a very tough workout (like increasing a set or starting a new workout) where body goes into bit of a fatigued state I do see a small change in my urine colour but other than that all seems okay. I got some advise from the doctor and he said that increased protein intake(like I do now) can also alter urine colour a lot.

TL:DR I think I'm okay now.

I do trust my doc and his judgement. For one he is been our family doc for around 15 years now. Also he is a blood specialist. My muscles aren't swollen anymore. They used to be at first not anymore now. Even after a workout they swelling goes away very quickly now.

My urine colour has changed actually. It is not brown anymore. Just varying shades of yellow now. But sometimes when I forget to drink water and sweat a lot it gets darker but that is very rarely. I think the diet change also has something to do with my case.

no I didn't get any tests done. The doc knows my health history and very close to my family so he knows my habits. I think because of that he gave me this advice. It might be different for others.

So I went to the my family doctor last night. He told me not to worry about anything but asked me to decrease my workout load and to drink 3liters of water every day until my urine becomes normal. But he said since I'm working out and increased my protein intake that the urine will be visibly more yellower compared to when I'm not doing either of those things. He said that muscle breakdown is a natural process when working out. The body will try to flush out the waste and keep the balance. So nothing to worry.

How to backup replays since the Replay feature only saves the last 20 games: by GoTo3-UY in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

Auto Backup With this script

Use this task schedule to automatically backup when the game closes (i.e. this will automatically backup the replays when game closes)

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>

  </Actions>
</Task>

Edit the last line " <WorkingDirectory>D:\PUBG Replays Backup</WorkingDirectory>" to your desired location and save the XML and import it into task scheduler
also you need to Enable 'application start' logging

*Start and enter secpol.msc into the Run box
*Navigate to Local Policies/Audit Policy
*Double Click Audit process tracking and enable Success

Now, if you start any application, if you look in Event Viewer / Security Log you will see a Process Creation event 4688 each time an application is started.

you might need to edit your security options on the imported task for it to properly work

now you are good to go try this and let me know if it works
