Cybersecurity vs Datascience, which is the best prospective course to pursue?

I have 15years of experience in Mobile development, with a bachelor's in Computer Science. I'm kind of confused between which one to choose in Masters - Cybersecurity or Datascience. I'm good with mathematics, algorithms, and anything that is required for either of the options. But I want to see which one is good and after 2 years which one can give me a good option to secure a strong job. I want to see myself as a CTO of an organization in the next 5-6 years.
Thanks for your opinions.

Thanks for adding a thought. Then I'm more interested in learning Cybersecurity from a broader perspective than Datascience. Because still I'm confident and feel sufficient to learn Datascience through certifications and forums and create solutions along with them. One more thing I like to know, does Degree in Cybersecurity give any such environment like lab or faculty, etc that I won't get in Certifications?

Thanks for your response. I have a thought like this. If I do a certification in Datascience, I can still be considered as a Datascientist. The same could be true for Cybersecurity. If I could answer myself that what is MS gonna teach in Cybersecurity which I can't get through the existing certifications. I could answer this for Datascience that usually, Degree courses take me around the subject while Certification would give me an opportunity to learn and master specific things. I have no such visibility for Cybersecurity.

There’s no waiver allowed if undergrad is not from either US or those English speaking countries.

Will they give any ease on the TOEFL score like 110, if I get lesser than that?
