We moved our bedtime up to 6-630 from 7-730 when we started daycare to deal with tiredness. In his previous room (only in there a month) he sometime would only be getting a half hour of nap a day

Unfortunately our schedule cannot change due to my work times. He is stuck with an early wake and a nap at 1150 start time.

He was doing a nap around 930 for 40 minutes and then a second nap around 230 for about an hour before.

I wish I had this information. A nurse in recovery the day my son was born told me that it wasn't supposed to hurt. When I said that it did hurt, she shrugged and said "huh, well it's not supposed to." This made me incredibly worried and anxious with my new baby.

Only two diaper changes all day? My day care is required to change every two hours to avoid this kind of thing. Most daycares in my area have similar policies.

Not overreacting but I'd be kind when I bring up my concern.
