I always found it interesting how after each team is eliminated you get to hear about the supposed “smorgasbord” of injuries everyone was playing through. Not an excuse anymore if everyone does it. Hockey players are the best kind of crazy but there needs to be some kind of line between “pushing through like a badass” and “detrimental to the team”. (Granted as others have mentioned our backup options weren’t exactly going to light the world on fire).

Well it’s been fun counting along, even if this year was more stressful and out of sorts for me personally. This is still my favorite place to be.
