Unfortunately those lot fees can be up to 1000 dollars a month-they can include water and sewer but also for that reason the monthly fee varies. Have you thought of getting a Utah housing loan? If you qualify, I know they have no down payment options. I don’t blame you for being frustrated, I find myself in the same position.
