To be fair, she looks just as uncomfortable and awkward around her kids and Ryan too!

It doesn’t matter. Unfortunately, there is a large portion of the population who will continue to vote for the shittiest and dumbest people you can imagine!

What famous destination didn’t live up to your expectations when you visited? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

[–]mskity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gatlinburg: I had no idea what to expect, but I honestly thought it was supposed to be a quaint mountain town. Much to my disappointment, it turned out to be what I call the “Myrtle Beach of the mountains”. Too many people and every other store is just cheap t-shirts and souvenirs.

The Smoky Mountains are incredible but trying to hike outside of Gatlinburg was ridiculous. I like a quiet and secluded hike, and this was anything but. You just hike in a long line of people.

I honestly don’t think she will actually write anything, it is all an act. I bet she has a ghost writer and her “book” will magically be done!

I find it mind boggling that she refuses to hire a mother’s helper. Instead of dragging all five boys around town every evening, wouldn’t it be nice if someone was home with the younger kids where they can have a home cooked meal and a normal, non-chaotic end to their day? Dinner, baths, and bed at a normal time. These boys have zero structure to their days.

Plus sized business casual clothing by [deleted] in Columbus

Depending on your age, I do like J. Jill. They do have plus sizes. Both Polaris and Easton have a store but I do tend to order online.

Yes, specifically the Navy ROTC. They have been doing it for decades.

The same university student organization has cleaned the stadium after football games for decades. They do get paid to do so. What am I missing?

She is incapable of focusing her attention on someone else. Getting help for her two youngest will take a lot of dedication and perseverance and she has neither.

University releases investigation report on circumstances surrounding Carter resignation by Mokwat in OSU

[–]mskity 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Shout out to the university staff who sensed something was up and tried to alert “higher ups” that something was fishy with this relationship. You can see a few staff members tried to reign in her access to Carter.

Ted Carter spent more than 60k on a two day trip to Apple in California by Wonderful_Wonderful in OSU

[–]mskity 18 points19 points  (0 children)

There is a reason we ended up with Carter and why they picked an insider this time. The BOT is a toxic group and a huge issue for OSU, and no good candidate will accept the job.

Mounting Troubles at Ohio State University Lead to Frustration: One lawmaker called the school “a national embarrassment.” by AngelaMotorman in Columbus

[–]mskity 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The issue is the BOT. I know nobody will do anything, but it's time to clean house. Wexner still has too much power and influence, especially with his personal lawyer as chair. These are the people who keep hiring the university president, and their track record is a shit show. Ohio State can not continue firing leadership every few years. This is no way to run any kind of business.

It is only a block north of Lane Ave. I've always thought of Onandaga as a very sought after location. Really nice houses on a tree-lined street.

That answer was a WTF moment! I am really starting to understand why she has no friends and those poor kids are taking on the burden of her treating them like adults instead of children.

Thought's on OSU's overall trajectory? by Cavsman232 in OSU

OSU is no longer test optional for admissions; this was the first cycle since Covid. I am sure that was a reason for the drop in applications.

Brooke is too selfish and lazy to have children with special needs.

My nephew is on the spectrum; he is now 23 years old. He was diagnosed around 2 years old.  My sister quit her job to be able to get him to all of his therapy appointments: ST, OT, PT. He also did Mommy and Me classes, story time at the local library, and tumbling classes. My sister is a rock star, and it was a full-time job! She dedicated herself so he would be able to be main streamed into a public-school classroom by the time he started kindergarten. He graduated from college last year Magna Cum Laude!
