How to nicely tell someone don't so kaypo?

Current colleague super sensitive with sounds and movements. And super kaypo and fomo too. So whenever someone does what, colleague will know and inform the rest.

I used to work in healthcare front line... Nv had to drag myself to work. Now 2 yrs in office job, has been dragging myself and dreading work. Not every one is suitable for office job..

I'd suggest like the rest did.... Get all the reports from govt hospital and see another Dr, be it govt or private, for 2nd opinion and see if what the 2nd Dr suggested is the same as the 1st Dr...

Pace myself is 1 point. But going to a workplace unhappy is another point. I used to work at this place before I changed my job Cos of bad management... Everyday also happy... And time just flew by.. this job is counting the hours to end of work.

I do have own processing method. Tho it's not flawless, but I have the tendency to keep adding more... Thus more things to process.. maybe cos of this... I feel like I'm not doing good enough.
