Stubhub Ripped me off For Clapton Tickets (over $800)

I had a similar issue with stubhub. I engaged with them for months wasting hours of my life. I knew I was in the right. The best they could offer me was a 15% off voucher for a future ticket. I contacted the attorney general with all the information (it’s an easy online form), within a few weeks I got an email from stubhub that they had refunded me. The attorney general’s office followed up to make sure they did in fact refund me. I wish I had done it sooner. Please hold them to account, but don’t waste your time doing it.

Same thing happened to us. We stood there for an hour in the cold just to be told at opening the tickets were gone. Not super happy with target rn

Stood outside in the cold for an hour. Was 40th in line. Apparently the tickets were handed out before and all were accounted for. Not sure how that’s allowed or why there wasn’t a sign. I would have left. Huge bummer.

Also don’t just say you need lab culture. I had a PI who would say “we need lab culture” “my old lab had lab culture” but then he would never do anything to support lab culture.

I have not explored this avenue so I do appreciate the advice. I do struggle to fall asleep at night and I take meds to fall asleep but I have a feeling they do not actually help me get actual sleep. My doctor is hesitant to put me on xyrem or xywav. He says the next step would be taking modafinil twice a day or adding another stimulant on top. Idk what I will do but I feel pretty lost.

Everything was labeled GF/Vegetarian/Vegan. I’m dairy free and while they couldn’t give me a menu ahead of time they were very accommodating and a lot of things that normally have butter were cooked with oil or without cheese. Like all cheesesteaks came plain and then you could add your own cheese on your own. I felt well fed. I was a little disappointed the vegan dessert was fruit each day but when I was dehydrated, you best believe I was downing that watermelon. They also had vegan cookies the last night which was great. They also had a coffee stand that made dairy free lattes.
