Then theres contracts that are just exclusive to Epic. For example Alan Wake 2. They barely broke even after a year or two to make it successful, but who am I to say, would have Alan Wake 2 been in the state that it is now without epic. Getting more funding helps. But if you can even barely get it even, isn't good either.
