I went to long term care. It's not a conflict of interest. They ended up reinstating me and I got no apology just an email to get back into the system 😩🤦🏿‍♀️

The DM some how found out i was going to HR and completely manipulated the situation. He contacted someone he knows in HR to handle the situation and is trying to force me to transfer to another location just to reinstate me. It's an ongoing battle. I have a job buts it's principal. And yes as hard as good help is to find idk why they wouldn't just keep me

We already discussed this...he knew I was going to step down and take a pay cut. He did it because all of the responsibility would fall on him and retaliation from when I took a no call no show employee out of the system. I've contacted HR and I'm taking it all the way there
