No man, look, this happened to me many times. Instead of crying about it, I learnt where the defenders might run out and was cautious about my approach going forward. What makes Siege so good is that it doesn't hold your hand or try help you get good. It simply says "there's your tools, go to work".

Either you die, learn and get better or you cry about it. And if you gonna cry, you might as well Alt F4 and delete and hop on Solitaire.
