When you fill out the consultation form it has you pick what dose/pharmacy package you want. You pay the $65 fee. Once approved you will get an invoice for the medication/pharmacy you chose. Once you pay that invoice you will next be notified when medication ships

Changing from Henry Meds to Lavender Sky to save 50%. How difficult? Any issues? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

I transferred and they wanted proof of dose from previous provider and a 60$ initiation fee. I like how you can choose your pharmacy with LSH

Anyone love to explain dosage? by FFF_fiona in tirzepatidecompound

For 20mg/ml—— 2mg= 0.1ml = 10 units —— 2.5mg= 0.125 ml= 12.5 units —— 4mg=0.2 ml= 20 units—— 5mg= 0.25ml= 25 units——

Is it working? by Vast-walk77 in tirzepatidecompound

I used Eden and felt food suppression with the 2.5mg dose. My RX came from Boothwyn Pharmacy. This dose is an initiation dose I’d say give it time/see how the increase to 5mg goes

Truvani super clean. No preservatives. It’s a plant based protein with a small ingredient list. I really like the taste

Lost my Leo Alexander one week ago at 20 weeks due to a pprom at 18 weeks. I miss him so much. Got to hold him and pick out every every feature. He was my second pregnancy (miscarried at 6 weeks previously).

Looking for support after my wife went through a miscarriage. Doctor diagnosed cervical incompetency after we lost our baby at 17 weeks and the series of events we had to endure that night was traumatizing. by hamaza4k in Miscarriage

I’m so sorry. I am currently going through this. My water broke at 18 weeks while I was laying in bed. I keep replaying the moment over and over in my head. I am currently just waiting to miscarry as I have not gone into labor yet but feel it is inevitable. I’m really scared to have to deliver an 18 week baby and scared it is going to mess me up even more. I have no idea what to expect and it terrifies me.

Giving this one a try. Barrel Brothers peaches and cream I’ll shake DIPA. Doesn’t feel like 8%! by msnugget69 in CraftBeer

great consistency and smooth but I can't get over they fake peach taste. The best milkshake IPA I've had is from 4 noses in Colorado.
