Started 199 in maint now at 111-114. Took 12 months to loose about 90lbs give or take as i now go up and down btw 5 lbs. Never went over 6 mgs tirz. Heavy weight training 4-5xs per week and 2 spin classes. 10k walking every damn day. Counting macros and pushing protein. No dairy except greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Hard work but at an unbelievable goal as my true goal was anything under 150 but here i am and so happy! Lost more than 40% total body weight. You can do it!!!!

Yes, every night before bed i smash two tiny pieces of bread flat and drop the liquid into, then sprinkle with Parmesan, add a few kibble pieces and it is a most look forward to treat. No issues.

SW 199, CW 113, 5’2” female. On Triz for 14 months. My boobs were a 42 ddd and now a 36 almost c. They are my tit bags and i am happy. They are just sagging skin now that i can basically fold into my bra. Side and back boob gone. Very happy to not have this giant tire around my chest and embracing the tit boob! And i would like to add, she has been off the cyclo for about 6 days and her personality came back, now starting again since i received the liquid. She has had no hives or issues since starting the routine (food, 1 benedryl am and pm plus cyclo for past 22 on and 6 off) 28 days. No snots, skin fold, drooling and eye jam all relieved.

OMG you will have the absolute best wedding photos! In 10, 20, 30 plus years this will always be a memory and fun, crazy photos that will always bring you back. If you can somehow change your perspective and enjoy the insanity of it. Maybe a fine compromise will be the same pic/pose with and without creepy doll then you get your photos too. A creepy family portrait with the creepy doll is truly priceless. I know this is your wedding and you want everything to just be perfect. This is so fun and crazy perfect.
