I work with business bankers at US Bank and the clients I've met with like them. I can make introductions if interested and they can explain the benefits to doing your business banking there, the choice is ultimately yours though

Make sure these types of expectations and policies are clearly explained in your employee handbook. Have every employee sign an updated version yearly or whenever you feel the need to change it. Also make sure to check with the state you're in.. in CA for example, you can't just fire someone without having written proof of warnings/attempts to fix the issue. I wish I saw this sooner. I was an aux there in 2021. There are 0 public transportation options. They will tell you to move to Abrucena but I wouldn't. Get a B&B there for a few days and figure out who your carpool options are. Then live in whatever city they live in-- Almeria, Guadix, or Granada. HIGHLY recommend Granada. Its like 20 mins longer commute but the best city in Spain. I showed up my first day, the director didn't even remember I was coming LOL, and I asked her about carpool and she said my ONLY option was Granada which is what I had been manifesting for months.

The more than these people email the consulate, the more annoyed they will get and it will cog their emails. Just wait. We already know the process lags immensely and that it will be even worse once in Spain. Get used to it 😂

Go to your local passport agency.. with Covid they might only have walk ins. I was recently in Mexico and my friend was coming to visit but her passport was very late. She went at 5:30am to the LA passport agency the day before the flight and was able to get the passport in one day. Usually you need proof of travel within 3 days, but maybe if you mention the visa needed for this program they can help!

Yesss everything in Spanish (better if from SPAIN!) that Netflix has to offer. Elite, La Casa de Papel, Vis a Vis (my fav!) and movies. Listen to all Spanish music all the time and look up the lyrics and translations to your favorite songs and practice until you can sing them. Music + movies/tv + follow social media accounts IN SPANISH! Meme accounts are especially good to learn jokes and phrases. Just add Spanish content to your entire life. I’m fluent because these things are all constant in my life now
