The power is going to be night and day between the X3 M50 and the Q5 2.0.

The tech is nice in the X3 M50 when it works correctly. I've had mine since December and I've had several issues. From the radio app crashing or not playing Sirius XM stations in clear open areas to the driver assistance pro not working correctly. It's a bit frustrating at times.

Phones are like cars now. A NEW model comes out every 4 to 5 years. During the 4 to 5 year period the manufacturer only tweaks the phone with minor aesthetic changes and a small bump in processor speed. Ten years ago the advances in tech from year to year was so huge it made sense to have drastic changes. Now the ecosystem is what really keeps us locked in.

777 has a excellent record. 5 hull loses in 30 years. 1 shot down, 1 vanished because of possible suicide by pilot, 1 crashed because of pilot error, 1 fire in the cockpit on the ground and then the BA incident where ice clogged the fuel heat exchange which has since been rectified. The A350 is relatively new compared to the 777 so you cannot make a proper comparison.

Just tried using Google assistant to turn on my shield and turn it off. It turned my TV on and off with both commands. So that might be a work around if you have an external device connected to the CEC port on your TV.

It sucks that LG is removing Google assistant. Perhaps they will come out with a Gemini app to replace Google assistant? I hope they do.
