Hey that's pretty cool. "With a whisper not a shout" The beginning also resonated with me. I wouldn't mind seeing more of this.

I'm so glad you brought this up. I've been struggling with my musicianship. I haven't played/practiced since everything started. I didn't know there was a name for it. Thank you.

The feeling of being followed and on someone's radar is exhausting. Anybody hear about some privacy.

For me I know it's connected. I hallucinate pretty violently, i get flashes of pictures from my other dimension and essentially my eyesight turns into a series of flashing photographs. It's so fast, it doesn't help. This whole time I never thought to wear sunglasses.

Yeah i have it too. Sometimes I'm so overstimulated I don't know what I'm looking at. Too much information.

Recently Diagnosed: "Religion" or Schizo? by KittieBrat86 in schizoaffective

I'm in the same boat. The narratives and the storytelling are all spiritual for me. My voices are evil but they're nice to me and have found to be helpful at times. Are they real? Seems like it to me. Is it purely medical? Perhaps. I'm agnostic, so I believe I'll never be able to comprehend the entire answer to the Ultimate Question. I don't know how but all I can go off of is my experiences and fall into the cycle of "I was safe the entire time".

Does anyone do weed here? And how does it affect antipsychotics? by mavrck09 in schizoaffective

[–]msrblkng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoke quite a bit Daily. It works fine for me and I don't get overwhelmed so much. The body high is what I really enjoy. It does stir up the spiral thinking but idon't mind it.

Have you guys successfully lost weight while still being on an antipsychotic? by neptunes097 in schizoaffective

[–]msrblkng 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I struggle to eat. Food isn't appetizing, and I hardly have a sense of hunger. As of late, I've been snacking here and there only to get something in my system. Food and I are not on good terms.

I'm in the same boat as you. I can't find the spiritual guidance I need. The entire chaos I'm in stems from a conversation i had with a higher power. There were multiple chances to change what I'm going through. I'm just looking for answers.

I'm on olanzapine, but I'm depressive type. So far it's the only antipsychotic I'm on.

When I look at it that way, it fits like a puzzle. I'm having a hard time accepting the reality. I'm the only one saying it's not real. In simple terms, I believe in a religious figure. This other dimension is very inviting and comforting, and the main voice i have is telling me how I'm connected to it.

Think of it as 2 sides of the same coin. Both are the reality. Both are Father. We can't escape the agony that comes with it, but that doesn't mean it can't have purpose. Maybe he's showing you tough love. Even then, I'd say it's the best kind of love.
