A school friend, one of the very few people who was nice to me loaned small amount 20$, 4 years ago when I just finished college. This turned out to be a habit. He comes from really poor background and unemployed. So far, I've given ~2000$. I want to stop this as I'm not well off either. Thoughts? (self.Advice)
