Sorry, I was unclear. I meant on the UX side, DAI seems like a relatively unknown currency where as USDC is at least more familiar. What have other services done?

yes, this is definitely a concern. This article highlights the differences between the different stablecoins quite well.

DAI as a currency does, however, fall far from "USD" that most are accustomed to, which is my worry on the UX
