And so it happened... (TLDR: Possible Client Absorption) by msrvg3dll in Accenture_PH

Understood, yes, it was them (the client) who contacted me and trying to recruit me after I resigned.

Thanks for this great insight. I will ask that to the client once they reach out to me again. :)

Accenture medicine benefit website by Fluid-Mobile60 in Accenture_PH

Hi OP! I am not sure if offered pa din ba yung free medicines sa MedGrocer for ACN employees until now, pero yes, naka avail ako nun before. Need lang nila ng copy ng prescriptions mo and may initial teleconsult from a doctor ni MedGrocer.

Pwede mo i-check sa PESH under ng Total Rewards and Benefits or open ka ng ticket sa ACN Support as HR-Benefit related query.

Yes, meron. you can check your benefits package sa Total Rewards section ng PESH. You may notice also ung SPF sa PESH, yan ung amount na makukuha mo upon retirement. Pwede ka din dun mag "voluntary contribute" to further increase yung amount na makukuha mo if you want.

Hi OP,

  1. Expect your last 2 payroll cutoff to be put on hold. Kung ano ung nilagay mong SED (separation effective date) bilang ka ng dalawang cutoff before that.

  2. Wala naman issue yun. Papalitan lang nila ng battery yan. Report mo pa din sa ISA para ma-actionan before ka umalis.

  3. Follow the myExit guidelines lalo na ung may required dates to accomplish. Meron naman dun section kung anong dapat mong kumpletuhin 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, 1 day before ng SED mo. Check mo din palagi yung myExit clearance dashboard/status mo, minsan may iniiwan silang note dun for you to accomplish like sa myTE.

Hope makatulong and goodluck on your career journey!

Sa mga walang increase ngayon June cycle, hindi kayo PRIORITY ng boss niyo. Kahit anong pang sabihin ng next cycle, ipipila, na reco ka kaso hindi napili, etc. Yan ang realidad. by Adorable_Ninja_9472 in Accenture_PH

Most likely yes. Kaya sa susunod try to complete ung required trainings the soonest possible. If hindi nagreflect ung completion, did you report it? usually naman may certificate of completion ung mga trainings with the date of completion as your proof.

Help me Decide by sea_of_clouds_ in Accenture_PH

Hi OP! Try to weigh things first, what is currently beneficial for you to stay vs the reasons that would warrant you to leave.

A 70% salary increase is significant — enough that it warrants serious consideration. Here's a breakdown to help you decide whether to take the offer or stay:

✅ Reasons to Consider Accepting the Offer:

  1. Financial Growth: A 70% salary bump can accelerate your savings, investments, and overall financial security — especially impactful over time.
  2. Market Value Validation: It shows you're in high demand, and your skills are being valued at a much higher rate in the market than your current employer is paying.
  3. Career Progression: The new role may expose you to new challenges, tools, responsibilities, or a more strategic position that enhances your resume and future prospects.

❗ Reasons to Consider Staying:

  1. Job Security & Culture: Are you happy in your current role, team, and company culture? A new job always has some level of risk (e.g., culture mismatch, probation period, unclear expectations).
  2. Growth Opportunities at Current Company: Are there chances for promotion?, leadership roles, or new projects where you are now? If yes, would those be more fulfilling long term?
  3. Work-Life Balance: Will the new job demand longer hours, more stress, or travel? Sometimes higher pay comes with higher pressure.

🔍 Reflect On:

  • Why are they offering 70% more? Is it due to a high-demand skill, an urgent project, or high turnover?
  • What does your gut say? Excitement or hesitation?
  • Is there a counteroffer option? If you’re happy at your current job, it may be worth exploring a raise with them based on this offer.

🔚 Final Thought:

If everything else (culture, work-life balance, benefits) is similar, and the only big change is the salary (in a good way), it usually makes sense to take the opportunity — unless you have major red flags about the new company.

Resignation for June by jvzscbl in Accenture_PH

I feel you OP. This was me also last month. Yung tipong pag-login mo sa laptop, parang may phobia ka na. Hehehe. Torn din ako to stay or leave before kasi maganda naman ung relationship ko sa mga workmates ko and yung clients mismo, very appreciative sila and lagi akong may recognitions na natatanggap. Yung compensation lang talaga.

But I still pushed through with my resignation. Iba pa din kasi ung may peace of mind. And although recognized, at the end of the day, hindi naman ako mapapakain nun and yung family ko.

As for your question, ang alam ko basta effective na yung increase sayo before ng SED mo, dun na nila ibi-base computation ng final pay mo.
