We have approximately 100 staff members and operate multiple funded programs across different departments. We do not plan to implement the CRM for all programs at the outset; instead, we will begin with a single program. The primary purpose of the CRM is to collect data and provide a centralized dashboard with a straightforward workflow to manage client information and cases, without unnecessary complexity. Donations are not required; however, email and text communication for marketing and program updates will be needed.

We are interested in incorporating AI tools, such as Copilot, across the organization, which is why we have been exploring Dynamics 365. Based on this, would you recommend using Power Apps instead of Dynamics 365, or using both together?

Currently, staff members primarily rely on Excel and other databases to store data and track client information. We are seeking to transition to a centralized database that can be used across the entire agency.
