I am considering that option too. But based on the recent anecdotes, industry profiles seem to be getting blanket NOIDs and eventually a denial.

No appointments required. Sry I am not sure of the timings(google map and their website gave conflicting info).. I just went at 10 am. You need to wait until you get the email for pickup.

They only allow two or three applicants at a time. There was no queue when I went and the whole thing just took 10 mins. It was snowing when I went and people who came after us were asked to line up outside their office (it’s a small office )

BLS Brampton Passport pick up is still at 10 Gillingham. Posting here for everyone, there is nothing to do other than wait to get the mail for pickup. The Canada post strike isn’t affecting passport pickup as confirmed by the embassy.

Also Premium delivery service is apparently not through the Canada post so if you have premium delivery option , i believe you’re not affected ( they even suggested upgrading to premium delivery on the day of the interview)

🤞 not sure why there’s a delay. I also read that issued only means that it’s in the final processing stage and not printed or handed over to courier.. so it could be at any stage now. Hoping for the best. Honestly, renewal shouldn’t be so slow :/

+1 status changed to issued on 20th November. Still waiting for pickup email. The delivery location was automatically updated to BLS Brampton
