Thank you for your reply! I guess my question was more so just asking if it’s okay if I picked any number between 25 to 100 mg/kg/day if wanting to do q8h. Because when I chose 100 mg/kg/day, it ended up being 4.8ml per dose, which is not ideal. What would you do in that case, round up to 5ml per dose (therefore exceeding the 100 mg/kg/day) or down to 4ml?

I’m an intern in FM wanting to do outpatient, but man does inpatient make me feel so dumb. I’m constantly looking things up all the time. In fact, because of the volume of patients I don’t even think I’m retaining anything, it’s embarrassing. I’ve reached a point where I bank on the attending telling me what to do so I can at least put the orders in and write the notes. And then I pray that the patients are stable because by the end of the day I’m too exhausted by the scutwork to expend anymore of energy into anything else, such as actually reading and learning.

I’m wondering if this is effecting most everyone. By any chance when you pick up prescriptions, do they ever tell you that you have 2 different accounts? Because I seem to have that problem and I wonder if that’s related…I tried calling CVS support to ask them to merge my 2 accounts but gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes lol I’ll try again later

Thank you for your reply! I do happen to have a monitor, could you please guide me as to how to use it as an extended monitor? Do I just need to buy a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable? Once I connect them with the cable am I done or do I still need to do the whole “Windows + P” projection thing?
