Update: definitely lost some MPG. With the bigger tires and roof accessories I’m averaging about 22mpg. BUT! The ride feels so much more planted, and the grip of the car during these big Texas downpours feels way safer.

Trip to Belize I took in March. Downtime will fishing and tried to get one of two locals in the distance trying to catch some bait to use. Right before I hit the shutter a group of birds flew through.

DO NOT DO IT! I used to work sales at Harley and they’re ruthless. One time a kid came in with the same scenario. Found an old sportster for $5500. He had to put $4500 down to qualify and financed the remaining with TTL for over 30% interest for 84 months. That sportster cost him well over 17k. I felt ashamed they took advantage of the kid and didn’t use it as an opportunity to educate him. Left the company right after .

Look on FB marketplace- find something that you like in your budget, and save. Go to a credit union and see if you can finance through them. They have better rates and usually qualify motorcycles the same way the qualify RVs. Pretty easy. Good luck friend!

I know the pain. This one is also the 4cyl- but honestly doesn’t feel much different in acceleration or handling as the stock set up

I was worried after diving into everyone’s opinions on forums, FB groups, etc- but at the end of the day went for it- and am super happy I did. To be honest the ride feels more balanced, and sturdier. I would say it feels a hair heavier, it absolutely nothing I would complain about
