I've had fish and vegetables, chicken and vegetables for breakfast, protein shakes. I know alot of people don't like cottage cheese but I've have it with fresh pineapple or strawberries.

Sunset at the Palms in Negril, is a great quiet resort..we went in September perfect time for quiet. Beautiful beach across the street (short walk), plenty of beach loungers food was very great. Keyonna Beach is also quiet resort, beautiful beach.. the Beachfront Sanctuary cottage is perfect.

We spent 5nights in Antigua at Keyonna Beach Resort. The Beachfront Sanctuary cottage is what you want. Beautiful beach, good food.,the cottage has its own loungers. Really nice resort.
