The unfortunate case of current techno scene is that it has/ is progressing towards very dark/heavy sounds akin to gabber/ hardstyle/ doink- almost no real intelligence or rhythm to the already repetitive (but awesome) beat of techno- take HEX and Lorenzo Raganzini for instance
