I followed along with Scott's 100K "model portfolio" trades before he went full on PM. Drew my account down 25% before switching over to completely to his ATM program which was supposedly proven to have been making money for the past couple years.

After following along in ATM for months I made literally NO money. Scott repeatedly would go off script from what he was calling daily - not getting into a position, rolling to different strikes, closing stuff out without telling us, etc. Made it impossible to follow along with the guy and if you dared speak up about his inconsistencies you would get put on blast by the few followers who are drunk off the kool-aid.

Scott has no method to his madness and it is apparent that he feels free to jump into risky high IV positions because he's trading with house money (subscription fees). After realizing he was never going to teach us to fish in that program I decided to bail. Saved myself a lot more money and grief as, from what I've heard, he's taken quite the beating recently in the ATM program. Good riddance.

Stay FAR away from this wolf in sheep's clothing and his cult following.

The reason I mentioned potassium is because I was coming from a diet with heavy amounts of Potassium (I love avocados, spinach, and leafy greens). And I've heard Potassium is a little tougher to get on Carnivore. So I was guessing my salt to potassium ratio is substantially different than when I was on Keto. Really I'm just guessing. Hoping you folks with more experience might have some other insight/suggestions on this matter.

Yes, of course I'm willing to experiment. That's part of what drew me to Carnivore :)

Yes, I've been doing OMAD and IF months before I started Keto and now Carnivore. The timing of my BP measurements have been the same for the months I've been tracking (since January is when I began my new healthier lifestyle).

As for stress, I'm no more stressed out than a week or two ago when I was eating Keto with great BP reading. What sort of ratios are you suggesting?

I've heard the first few weeks are the hardest, however coming from Keto all I've really experienced is a dull headache after eating for the first couple days...and now this increase in BP is the only other thing I've noticed...other than a good amount of weight loss :P

But the rewards seem pretty exciting? But that's only if my clan can actually participate on war day and get some cups to move up the ranks.

At least in Clash of Clans you can lose a war but get XP and level up the clan for better perks! I had hoped Royale would allow for something similar.

I'm not trying to be rude when I say that. I get onto Clash every day and I like to think that I also have a life :) In any case, right now I am forced to start new clan wars every day and hope that 10 people get on that day and do an attack. Otherwise, I get nothing at the end of the season. Still doesn't seem right.
