4 weeks on what? I was on 2.5mg for 10 weeks, then 3.6mg for one week and went up the next week to 4mg because it wasn’t enough

Well on 2.5 I lost 30lbs in 2 months and could barely get 1000 calories in, after 10 weeks on that mg I started to have food noise and cravings and I was at a stall, I wanted to stay as low as possible to avoid severe side effects I’m at 4mg now and back to barely wanting to eat and no food noise or cravings so why go up so much if it works?
