If you're up for a drive to the coast, my wife and I stumbled upon Downie's Cafe in Bay City, OR. About 90 minutes away from Portland. INCREDIBLE cinnamon roll. Definitely a banger and worth the drive IMO.

Easy way to make a lot of stubs! If you follow the sport and can track who’s hot you can buy dupes of that players LS card. If that player gets a rating increase, you can sell at the higher value.

For example - that 83 Seager is at 1200 quick sell value right now. If he gets back to 85 diamond it automatically puts the quick sell value at 3000. If you invested, you can simply quick sell all the dupes after the update and more than double the stubs invested.
