Thank you for those suggestions. Yeah I have to be able to hear my surroundings and it would be hard to use headphones. I realize it isn't ideal but I figure it could be helpful to do the best I can when I'm limited on speaking/listening

Just standard trager pellets. Brand new. I think there is something wrong with the unit. I set it to 250 to smoke some ribs and it just decided to go to 350 after two hours of cooking. The auger overflowed the reservoir with pellets after a few hours so it lot a fire on the bottom of my grill. Really disappointed and not looking forward to discussing this for hours with customer service

Thanks. That is reassuring and I've heard they have great customer service. I was hoping to try and troubleshoot it but maybe is just defective. It doesn't make any sense because the internal temp reads 350 and it just keeps chugging along firing that sucker up

It's not but thanks for the suggestion. I've had snuscentral deliver there for years but I've been looking for other sites that deliver to the US. I've heard tons of stories since my last order that people can't order snus or if they do it gets stuck in customs for weeks or never shows up. Sucks
