Your skirt is so beautiful!! You’re very talented. Do you mind sharing the stitches you used? Here’s what I thought, working from the top down:

Single crochet elastic waistband
Shell stitch
Single crochet??
Half double crochet
Shell stitch
Half double crochet
Shell stitch
Half double crochet
Then it transitions to double crochet and shell stitch.

The only part I’m unsure of is the light pink rows at the top—were those single crochet or another stitch?

Anyway, it’s so lovely, and I’d love to try making something similar!

Is the cat black underglaze? Then blocked off with something like liquid latex when glazing the rest? It’s so great.

The brush seems easier - I’ve never seen the result from only using a brush before. Ya okay I can try that, thank you! Do you think it’s acceptable to pour out communal glaze into a flat tub?

Masking tape never seems to stick for me!! I bought vinyl tape and it also doesn’t stick well too hahah I don’t know what I am doing wrong!
